Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Mengelola komunitas dan jaringan (networking) secara aktif setiap hari
- Merencanakan dan menyelenggarakan event produk AlurKerja & SyarQ
- Mengunjungi langsung institusi dan perusahaan target sebagai representasi Javan
- Membangun dan mengelola database kontak, lalu menyerahkan leads berkualitas ke tim Sales
Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman di bidang outreach B2B, event organizer, atau sales
- Proaktif, percaya diri, dan tidak mudah menyerah saat menghadapi penolakan
- Komunikatif dan nyaman berinteraksi dengan berbagai kalangan — dari komunitas hingga eksekutif perusahaan
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri (WFO) dan bersedia mobilitas ke lokasi target

- Achieve monthly sales objectives

- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
