Deskripsi :

  1. Aktivasi Saluran Pemasaran (Reaching):
    • Melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran melalui berbagai saluran, termasuk website, blog, dan media sosial.
    • Memastikan seluruh konten yang direncanakan berhasil dipublikasikan sesuai dengan jadwal.
    • Mengelola dan melaksanakan promosi serta iklan baik online maupun offline untuk menarik HQL potensial.
    • Memantau dan melaporkan aktivitas aktivasi pemasaran setiap bulan, memastikan konten yang direncanakan tayang dan anggaran iklan digunakan secara efektif.
  2. Respon dan Manajemen Leads (Attracting):
    • Menanggapi semua pertanyaan yang masuk melalui saluran resmi Javan dengan cepat.
    • Memperbarui dan mengelola database di CRM, memastikan pipeline HQL selalu terjaga dan diperbaharui.
    • Melakukan komunikasi dua arah, rapat, demo, atau proof-of-concept (POC) untuk memperkenalkan produk dan layanan kepada HQL.
  3. Tugas Umum:
    • Menyelesaikan tugas, target, dan janji sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang ditetapkan.
    • Memastikan setidaknya 85% tugas diselesaikan tepat waktu.
    • Mengikuti sesi coaching/training dan memberikan laporan hasilnya kepada Manager.

Requirement : 

  1. Pendidikan dan Pengalaman:
    • Lulusan S1 di bidang Pemasaran, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
    • Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang pemasaran atau posisi serupa.
    • Memahami penggunaan alat CRM (pengalaman dengan Odoo lebih diutamakan).
    • Work From Office
  2. Keahlian:
    • Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik (baik lisan maupun tulisan).
    • Kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.
    • Menguasai platform media sosial, manajemen website, dan pembuatan konten blog.
    • Pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran digital dan alat iklan online.
    • Pemahaman dasar tentang generasi leads, manajemen database, dan pelaporan.
  3. Sifat Pribadi:
    • Memiliki motivasi diri yang tinggi, perhatian terhadap detail, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri.
    • Memiliki keterampilan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
    • Pemain tim yang kolaboratif dengan sikap positif.
