SKK Migas faces challenges in managing projects in a structured manner from planning to execution. Without an integrated system, project monitoring and reporting become slow, leading to miscommunication and limited access to important information. Project Management Information System (PMIS) to enable faster and more accurate monitoring and reporting. This system has successfully improved efficiency, transparency, and supported better decision-making while reducing miscommunication among teams at SKK Migas.
