Description
1. Membuat job description dan job qualification didampingi oleh tim teknis
2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim managerial untuk menyusun kebutuhan SDM
3. Membantu proses rekrutmen (screening berkas, pendampingan interview teknis, dan pendampingan interviw offering)
4. Membuat report rekomendasi kandidat kepada user
5. Membantu pelaksanaan kontrol SDM secara operasional
Requirement
1. Mahasiswa Psikologi minimal semester 7
2. Diutamakan domisili Yogyakarta
3. Menguasai google docs, sheet, dan slides
4. Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
5. Memiliki skill management data
6. Memiliki pengalaman organisasi
7. Bersedia Work From Office Sleman selama 6 bulan.
8. Memiliki sikap mau dan mampu menerima feedback dari atasan maupun rekan kerja
