Salah satu produk dari Javan adalah sistem aplikasi persuratan yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik. Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik adalah pengelolaan tata naskah dinas secara elektronik dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi untuk kecepatan dan kemudahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

Aplikasi yang merupakan web based application ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Spring MVC framework yang berbasis Java. Beberapa manfaat yang bisa dicapai dari implementasi TNDE antara lain :

Pemanfaatan TNDE akan mengurangi proses yang tidak diperlukan dalam penanganan surat, karena prosedur standar yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual bisa dialihkan pada sistem komputerisasi. Kinerja dalam hal penanganan surat akan meningkat karena sistem aplikasi memungkinkan semua aktivitas berlangsung secara real time yang dibantu dengan teknologi informasi.

Secara garis besar, cakupan alur kerja yang difasilitasi dalam aplikasi ini adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Agenda Surat Masuk;
2. Disposisi;
3. Pembuatan Konsep Surat;
4. Agenda Surat Keluar.

1.Surat Masuk Dicatat oleh Tata Usaha
2.Surat diperiksa oleh pejabat yang dituju.
3.Pejabat membuat disposisi pada bawahan.
4.Bawahan membuat laporan disposisi (atau membuat disposisi lanjut)
5.Pejabat melakukan persetujuan / memberi komentar
6.Laporan Disposisi yang disetujui dapat dibuat menjadi Agenda Surat Keluar
